Who we are
Ablefront ("we", "us") provides lead generation, calling, CRM, automation, website and support services to real estate businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information on ablefront.com and when we work with you. You can reach us at hello@ablefront.com.
Information we collect on this website
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you choose to send, such as your name, email, phone number, company, business type and message.
Our hosting provider may also record basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure and running. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it

Information we handle for clients
When you hire us, we may handle data on your behalf, such as property owner lists, contact details and CRM records. We use that data only to deliver the work you asked for, under your instructions, and we do not sell it or use it for anyone else. When the work ends, we return or delete client data on request.
Property owner data
Our list and research services use public records and established data providers. If you are a property owner and want to know what information we hold about you, or want it removed from lists we manage, email us at hello@ablefront.com and we will act on your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business, such as our website host (Netlify, which also processes form submissions), our email provider, and tools our clients ask us to use, such as their CRM. These providers may store data in the United States or other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and business emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep normal business records, usually no longer than three years, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to certain uses, or to ask for a copy. To make a request, email hello@ablefront.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls and secure connections. No method of sending or storing data is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
