Pricing questions

How do I pay?

We send an invoice with your quote. Half is paid when you approve the quote, and the other half when you approve the finished work. See our terms of service for details.

How long does a fix take?

It depends on the size of the store. You get a time estimate with your quote, before anything starts.

Do you guarantee my store will be ADA compliant, or that I won't be sued?

No. Nobody can honestly promise that, and you should be careful of anyone who does. We fix the problems we find, and you get a report of every change. That lowers your risk and makes your store easier to use.

Can you fix my checkout page?

On Shopify and some other hosted platforms, the checkout is run by the platform itself and can't be edited by anyone else. We'll tell you if anything we find is on the platform's side.
